Agreed, extreme in its tones that range from rage to beauty. The compositions are unforgettable and Lorne Balfe deserves more credit for them. His interpretations and musical descriptions of Haytham, Connor, the wild frontier and Native Americans, the bustling cities of Boston and New York, the large and terrifying battles of the American Revolution and of course the Aquila and the naval missions are all excellent. Also, the sheer volume of tracks and combinations/merges of tracks are brilliant. And the fact that it isn't a short soundtrack, speaks to all the compositions' ability to remain intriguing when they explore each other (and when themes cross paths). I think that most AC games have brilliant soundtracks that are fitting to the location and time period. But I will say that AC III is definitely in contention for number 1 (even though I love the Ezio Trilogy's and Black Flag's music).
You can say anything you want, but one thing is undenyable: Assassin's Creed games are worth playing just for the music even if you don't like this type of game. The music keeps you motivated and doesn't let you leave this game. This is what composers do, they put you balls of chain on your legs so that you can't go away from this game, and I couldn't. Amazing.
Thx for making and uploading these. I´m astonished only few people have head it. I had it stuck in my head since hearing it first. It just adds so much to the atmosphere of the mission. This music makes it one of my favourit parts of the game.
I never particularly had any trouble with this mission as so many others have. I watched a twitch steamer play it and it seems like most people dont know you can go off track with the horse.
I believe we are on course
"WE ARE RIGHT ON COURSE"
YES, THIS IS EXACTLY WHERE WE NEED TO BE,
To the the left Connor
WHAT ARE YOU DOING??
GET BACK ON THE HORSE CONNOR
I believe we are on course
Right, Connor! Right!
AC creed 3 had a totally different kind of music. That none of the other games had.

Left Connor!
We are exactly where we need to be
Connor’s music is so adventurous I love it, its perfect for the young revolutionary he is.
This is the best music of all parts of the game. You can listen to her endlessly ^_^
