Oddly, I think the Legend of the Veil is one of the main reasons people don't care about stealing the Athena Chest anymore. It was sought after because the only way to get it was an hour long voyage taking you across the entire map, and nobody wanted to do that. Now you can do an actually fun 30 minute set of three mini-voyages to get it, and listen to cool music at the same time!
As yes this gives me little bit of nostalgia, one time my friend and I took this guys sloop before he left so I used it while my other friend used my ship and we looked everywhere and found out there was no one but us for some reason and no one going in the server so I wanted to see what it’s like doing these solo so I did then and holy cow I love them 😍, so much loot and I can do them in 1 hour and 20 minutes is a sweet deal so I do these a bunch now to grind on Athena
If I’m doing these in public then I just wait for a foff or flame heart event to spawn and wait a while then I start the tornado and do then asap, I don’t do foff because people go to them to often and I can’t handle pvp to much

The soundtrack playing as you approach the tornado gives me chills even to this day
