In India you don’t need sunroof.. secondly sunroof compromise safety..

Skoda has lived up the tag line. The steering wheel is taken inspiration from the new compass. The charging ports need variety. The comfortable level is good , the e- hand brake is what I'm really nit a fan off. The design is so very well thought out ..the lender yet sporty feel is amazing.. I'm now confuse between superb and this car now..🤭🤭 I feel skoda should consider the diesel version as well. However Thank-you for this review..amazing car...❤🥃✌
If you can afford to add up 10 lakhs more then go with superb as it would give more features like ventilated seats, 360 degree camera and sunroof. But else if you can live without these features, skoda octavia then becomes a better price octavia

Man..definitely one of my dream cars :,) !!, but may take a while before I can easily afford it, maybe if someday I have a C-Suite profile haha :p. But the build, feel and aesthetics and the performance is just wow!. Such a delight to watch, must be next level to drive it on the pilot's seat :D
you don't need to have a C suite profile to be able to buy these! a regular VP/SVP/ED job at a bank should be well enough to be able to afford

Skoda is raising the bar with each launch. I have been a Skoda customer. First with a Laura and now own a Kodiaq. Build quality is great and great value for money.
But I dont understand why they knock off some features in Indian market.
Indian customers are discerning and are also brand conscious. This car competes with cars that are 10-15 Lakhs costlier. If the add those features this car would do better.
As of now Skoda doesnt have the brand appeal. A lot of my friends sat in my car and then were impressed with the build and luxury but they all own BMW's and Mercs.
They never knew that Skoda's have such technology, quality and luxury.
My opinion is Skoda should price themselves more aggressively until they sell volumes. As of now Kodiaqs are still under 4000 in India (in 4 years) which is less than a quarter of the sales that Fortuner does in a year.
Skoda will get less impression for this octavia
Causes :- Price is not value of it class , skoda must keep price 18 - 23 lacs for make it best seller in segment

I have never thought that skoda will start cost cutting by not installing sunroof on octavia 😂
Sunroof is just not feasible they,ve compensated it with superior grade of interior material.The international model too don't come with sunroof
