Hi Jerry! What do you currently weigh? Will you do a video on your current diet ? I recall you we carnivore/low carb a year ago. Just wondering what you’re doing nowadays. Thanks !
I weigh 180 as of about 6 weeks ago when I weighed myself.
And I am actually working on multiple videos right now for this.
1 is a grocery haul to show what I am paying for what I am eating these days, and where I buy it.
Then a video for a full day of eating showing my exact prepared meals for a day along with the macros for those meals
And then one video where I am explaining the reasoning behind my current diet
I think those 3 will give a good overall look at it

Hi Jerry, what is your caloric intake for maintenance?
2500 or so. I don’t track. But my diet is very Similar most days and once in a while someone will ask so I’ll track a few days and it will be close to 2500, with the occasional dinner out with my wife being a 3000 or so cal day
