I remember Rosio as a little girl when I would visit my cousins who were her neighbors back on 26th and Avers in Little Village. It's AMAZING to see what she's become and what she's accomplished. I'm proud of her that she carries the Mexican flag to another country and show what Mexicans and Mexican Americans are able to do in a different country. And that is being the best and showing the best that our people have. Bravo Rosio!
Sorry but this is not mexican food, is americanized look like mexican food but is not!. wtf vegan tacos?! now thats offensive. It is worrying that people with money in the United States go around the world opening restaurants and call them Mexicans when they are not!. Imagine the tourists when they come to Mexico they will see Mexican food that is not what they know or tried in their country and does not exist here.
She has to make compromises, some stuff yall have in Mexico or even in the US is simply unavailable or hard to get. So she uses alternatives to try to get as close as possible.
