I'm amazed on how the chef Rosio Sanchez is from Chicago and now lives in Copenhagen serving delightful Mexican food. That's what I call dreams being made. Makes me want to strive harder for what I want in life lol this was one heck of a video, loved it
Copenhagen is a lovely town, no matter if you want that classy chill feel you get from an old european town, or you want that crazy party experience you only get when you hang out with the modern day vikings.
Denmark is cool. Everyone there is good looking, it's a thing you notice......riding their bicycles to work and dressed well. Perhaps they are not risky enough and stay in the box too much (like Germans) which means they can be quite reserved and quiet, but i think that's a good thing and can be charming. I've only been to Denmark a few times so I'm no expert, but I would love to go back.
I really enjoyed this video.. Good vibes, good food, and cool people. It seems like a wonderful place to visit. It looks like Copenhagen is a place that I need to add on my to do list.
As a mexican living just across the Oresund bridge (Malmö), I must aknowledge these tacos are the closest to the real deal in Skåne and CPH, they are good. However, 100 kr (14-15 USD) for 2 tacos and a glass of water is outrageous!
How hell did a Mexican end up in Denmark lol o___o? I want to know her back story so bad. Mostly because I'm Hispanic myself and I find it so rad that she ended up on Denmark
This is kind of unrelated, but I see way more Jarritos here in the states than in Mexico. Well the parts of Mexico I've been to. Just an observation lol
airtempo in Baja California and Sinaloa, crema is added to the tortillas for seafood tacos. I think the people who say this isn't authentic don't travel around Mexico to learn about the culinary differences. Its like people who say burritos aren't Mexican- yes they are, and this tells me they've never been to Sonora or Chihuahua.
I hate when people with distinct Mexican accents try to say they're from Chicago. Unless you were born on US soil, don't claim to be an American. Being born in Mexico and then moving to the US when you were 10-15 years old doesn't count.
2:48 "Para todo mal, mezcal. Para todo bien tambien." Translates to: "For everything good drink Mezcal, for everything bad drink Mezcal!" (It rhymes in Spanish)
I find it amazing that she moved from Chicago to Copenhagen! I also grew up in a Chicago Mexican neighborhood, La Villita, and I love seeing her bring our food across the world.
it is a heaven on earth in the summer periode which usualy lasts just more than a month. The rainy, dark and cloudy weather last like 9 months and ruins all the fun... any how its a amazing place to live in
Europe is so far away from Mexico so I understand it but damn those tacos do not look traditional, I can tell is because of the lack of the ingredients native to the Americas.
Awesome episode! I've walked past Hija de Sanchez many times, I'll have to go and try it one of these days. Fiskebaren is great, though I prefer their sister restaurant Musling as it feels a little bit more laid back.
There were some good high fives in this video, i'm satisfied.
YOU NEED TO SHOW THE WORLD THAT YOU ARE HIP AND POSITIVE
lol
makes you definitly happy, even early in the morning before work damn!!
Not just any regular high fives but drunken high-fives! = the best
Each and every one of the high fives in this video POPPED

I love how drinking on the street is a thing in Copenhagen. Looks like a wonderful city.
Devin Zerr it's a thing in Europe actually..

I can’t get with more olive oil on tostadas. It was already fried. But hey maybe it’s good.
This is awesome. Well done Rosio, well done.
this episode of chief's night out, I feel a lot of awkward situations going on there. But munchies and the girls handles them smoothly. Nice job.

How hell did a Mexican end up in Denmark lol o___o? I want to know her back story so bad. Mostly because I'm Hispanic myself and I find it so rad that she ended up on Denmark
She said it in the video. She had a job opportunity to work for Noma in Copenhagen. She went for it.
now I have a good idea where I want to vacay with wife woman because the food looks amazing:)
she seems pretty dope, real nonchalant
Mmm her tacos looks great!
Edit: Welp, that sounded uhhh different than intended.
FTD!!!!
Aweesome
Damn, what's it cost to import Jarritos to Copenhagen?
james hobbs I mean that can be up to $2 in Chicago, so I imagine they're pretty expensive over there
it costs like 4 $
This is kind of unrelated, but I see way more Jarritos here in the states than in Mexico. Well the parts of Mexico I've been to. Just an observation lol
Anilu Gomez When ever i used to go to Mexico i would see Joya instead of Jarritos
rosios the best. love that we come from the same city
The high-five girls
I'm not sure I live .
why do you guys think they're lesbos? because of the tattoos?
Im mexican and it truly hurts that mexican food ain't not real mexican food :(
streetmadguy I'm Mexican & that's authentic food get out of here
i don't think you know authentic mexican food my man. if you consider taco bell mexican, then i'll understand why you made this comment.

she was born in chicago, dick face
Where the black people at?
there aren't so many in Denmark more brown people.
Brown as in Mexican and/or South American origin?
snowywinter9 Yeah cuz we all Mexicans are brown.
So jealous. I wish I had friends in the culinary business. Then again, I'd probably be twice the size if I did.
i like this type of Vids :)), they make me feel better.
Taru
so you have a thing for Mexican lesbians
:)) that, and the food.
Oscar Martinez you dont? ju...
I always wonder how this is all organised. Everything is so perfectly timed and set up. It's like a North Korean tour.
I assume the host of the day just calls up all their friends in the industry the day before and ask "Yo mind if we crash sometime tomorrow?"
You mean Denmark?
yeah exactly..i wonder if they just do this in like 5 days and not in one. the amount of food and alcohol is huge
these girls know how to have a really good time! love it :))
haha yes!
2:48 "Para todo mal, mezcal. Para todo bien tambien." Translates to: "For everything good drink Mezcal, for everything bad drink Mezcal!" (It rhymes in Spanish)
she was on FTD with bronson
i remember that octopus taco
Geoffrey the bartender can possibly be the best spirited man I've seen on this channel as of yet..
So much positive energy & creativity in his drinks.
very passionate I agree!!
I think Rosio had a crush. I hope it worked out.
She was in Part's Unknown way back when. Glad to see her thriving.
Shout out to Mexico
So many high fives, alright!
Copenhagen looks like the new Brooklyn.
I find it amazing that she moved from Chicago to Copenhagen! I also grew up in a Chicago Mexican neighborhood, La Villita, and I love seeing her bring our food across the world.

I hope they returned those First Order Stormtrooper mugs
High Fice Count :835
Question 😎 what do the people struggle with ? Seems like a place of utopia
basically just trying to sustain the high standart of living
it is a heaven on earth in the summer periode which usualy lasts just more than a month. The rainy, dark and cloudy weather last like 9 months and ruins all the fun... any how its a amazing place to live in

Europe is so far away from Mexico so I understand it but damn those tacos do not look traditional, I can tell is because of the lack of the ingredients native to the Americas.
Does anyone know the name of music at the end 13:30?
I don't think Europe deserves anything ..
This makes me want to visit even more! (And be a part of this cool chick club)
I'm in love with her. Wanna eat her tacos to eternity.

Every country deserves fish and al pastor tacos and mezcal.
CUBA LIBRE
she must be good if she worked for noma, that is one of the best restaurant in the world, every fine dining chef wants to work there...
So many high fives. Love it!
Lourdes will literally do anything to you when she's had a few drinks...🤣❤
