Love the new intro and great video work Tuomas. Love the use of the boat rollers. I think it is another of your projects you should patent and try to sell

Wish there was more to watch of that video I was enjoying it so much. Always learn something new. Just a question on that rod you were using (7018?). It can be a bit tricky getting a sense of the relative dimensions in the closeup shots (no complaints) so I'm guessing you were using a 2.8mm rod. How many amps were you pushing through it though? You make it look so easy but I always get a blowout welding those small pieces of tube. Maybe those walls are a bit chunkier than I'm thinking they are. Nice re-purposing on those boat-rollers. I'll file that little gem away for future use. :-)

      Hi
      Rod is 2.5mm E8018-g I used about 80 A. Thicker (body)pipe was with 4mm wall, thinner with 1.5mm (feets)

    Is this for a boat?

Its for supporting long pieces when cutting them. I supposed to make some cuts, but i have been waiting over two weeks to get material. My local hw stores are out of steel atm.
