Gen Doolittle once said the first of leadership is to lead. The second rule is to create more leaders. That’s important to know anywhere. If you’re dealing with somebody that’s not willing to teach you and build you into a leader then you’re not even dealing with a real leader at all. That’s dealing with a narcissist, or some other type of loser.

Basically that was Hitler's leadership style thats why Germany went to shit towards the end of WWII because Hitler was the only one giving orders and his drug use heavily influenced his decisions. He never considered the possibilty that Germany could lose all he saw was himself being the leader of Europe and victory, what he didn't take on board was that he pissed off most of the world and they banded together to go after him and when he did realise his loss he killed himself like a coward rather than face what he did.

1:01 shows the 2nd plane actually in the air before it goes over the red line, so no need to remove more weight

This sequence was filmed at the former Marine Corps base near Tustin, California where those blimp hangers were located.

One of the Hangars is on fire and the rooftop has been collapsed. Rest in peace, Hangar 1(or North Hangar).

1:22 is leadership at work. Sometimes being told it can be done isn't enough, you have to show that it can be done. Leadership by example.
