One of the main founders of Battle Beast (Anton Kabanen) was supposedly forced out of the band. Anton was in charge of majority of the aspects and it didn't sit well with other members. Henceforth, Beast in Black was formed and Battle Beast went on their own way. I can see why they like to bash on Battle Beast a bit, but doesn't mean their music is not good. I liked Bringer of Pain, thought it was a fresh album instead of the same thing... maybe not this album, but wouldn't be surprised down the line for future albums if they get back into some heavier aspects again. I think people want to see their name changed to something else, as they don't have that "battle" or "beast" title anymore. Albums don't have to be all insane, emotion and lyrics play a big role.... Who knows how well Noora's or even Yannis' (Beast in Black) voice will hold up long-term... they both put forth insane vocal capabilities... not unheard of to have vocal injuries.
I don't like the split. I think both sides have gone downhill since then. BiB is not as strong as old BB and new BB is a lot weaker than both old BB and BiB. So no IMO it was absolutely not a good thing.
Noora is the most versatile singer ever! Listen to Fight, Kill and Die and then listen to Fields of God or Rolling in the deep. You can't believe is the same woman! I mean you can identify her unique color but damn! That woman is a powerhouse.

I really enjoyed this song. Yes, it does lack the "grit" portion of what Battle Beast is known for. However, I think this is exceptional due to the fact that it is showing us that Nora can pull off any vocal style. The song is super catchy and while it maybe pretty bare bones basic, the instrumentation is orchestrated well!
Problem for me is this feels like it should have been a side project by the band, rather than falling into the BB catalog. Nothing wrong with change and experimenting but this really has nothing of what makes BB BB, it's crossed that line. It's not a bad song in itself but it doesn't feel right being thrown into the BB catalogue.
The trouble is, any female singer can sing like this. But very few can sing the way Noora usually does. It doesn't make sense that the band isn't exploiting her vocal advantage. The song's good it just doesn't sound like Battle Beast.

I see people complaining about how its not heavy enough. I think its perfect. See I found these guys through Spotify because it was a band "Similar to Nightwish". Nightwish as most know is Symphonic metal. Yeah its metal but takes the edge off a bit. Its not so rough especially with the female lead. And I really enjoy more of the metal but more simple and not so heavy metal. This song is perfect for that. Im also into the wackier sounds of symphonic metal so King for a Day is also one of my favorites. But I hope they do more songs like this for people like me who arent so much into the blazing heavy metal and just screaming into the mic. Noora has a beautiful voice for music like this. I think they should have a healthy mix between music like this and the heavy stuff that most of the Battle Beast fans dig. Just my opinion. Are some of you guys like me and kind of like this stuff more than the heavy stuff?

After listening to this Album again and again....i just cant get enough, a lot of simple and solid tracks that did taste different flavors of their sound, while other tracks keeping the power and intensity of others. This is a wonderful album!!!! Cheers from America!
My dad started taking me to concerts when I was six. I'm 23 now and have seen quite a few great shows during the last 17 years, some of the best were from AC/DC, Rammstein, Nightwish and especially In Extremo. Yesterday I saw these guys in Pratteln Switzerland and during the two hours they played, all of the previous were dethroned. I loved seeing how much fun the band was having, it was a truly epic evening. I'm going to buy my ticket the second they announce another concert in Switzerland!

This is a pretty darn good shampoo commercial.
It won't happen overnight, but YOUR EEEEEDEEENNNNNNNN
Ahahahahahahaha :D
Kkk
Damn you, it is burned in my brain now. Now everytime I listen to it. Ill think shampoo advertising.
Watch " the nexus" by amaranth it's a good shampoo add too.
Battle beast is a metal dream.
2:57 that section is just GREAT!
I’m happy to see that the Metal Community is still alive. I wish this stuff would pop up on the radio.
Why? Part of the appeal of metal is that it isn't mainstream.
@@Khazandar I’m afraid it’ll die out over time. We current Metal fans only live for so long. Don’t forget, Metal started out mainstream and then slowly died down in popularity. It’s still alive, but for how long? That’s all I’m sayin’!
Thanks for making this song. I just got cheated on and it hurts so bad but I love this song you made it's helping a lot it's like my little ball of light I can clutch to. And it did it made me grab a beer and start singing along like I used to. Yall rock for that I hope everyone else appreciates your efforts as much as I do. Looking forward to more from this band!! \m/
This is definitely the catchiest song I’ve heard in the last ten years
Such a great song. Everything about it is amazing. Noora is such an unbelievably talented singer.
I agree
This song helps me these days, thanks for existing
Is this some sort of feel-good metal? The kind that doesn't make me feel like wrestling a bear to death, but instead having tea with it in the most hardcore way possible?
Fascinating.
Very good joke!!
Makes me feel safe in a ground attacker in warthunder
Melodic metal
_"...As the bear takes a bite from the biscuit, his gaze that never turns away from you is burning through your soul. You sip your tea with passion as the earth and sky shake..."_
Having tea with a bear while you fight each other to death. The one who wins will have to wash the cups and the kettle, tho
As I do miss the old Battle Beast, I have a HUGE appreciation for the current Battle Beast. After listening to this Album again and again....i just cant get enough, a lot of simple and solid tracks that did taste different flavors of their sound, while other tracks keeping the power and intensity of others. This is a wonderful album!!!!
Cheers from America!
Cheers fromme Germany.You're wright!
Shithole countries
As someone who just discovered Anton, Battle Beast, and Beast in Black...honestly they're all a lot of fun and great to listen to.
"Metal Mage Jaina Proudmoore"... that's the only thing that comes to my mind when I see this gorgeous badass talented singer!
I was thinkin more Sylvanas Windrunner.
@@teknicron1080 why not both!? XD
@@franji4998 after seeing "ONE MORE SOUL" with Windrunner, I honestly can't see Jaina doin metal. XD
@@teknicron1080 You're right, I'm gonna have to hand this one to you! XD
I mean her body is nice but the face and the voice I don't really find attractive. To each their own.
one of the best guitar solos around
Let's all be honest here. Nuclear Blast Records has some of the best music known to man.
Noora is an absolute powerhouse!🤘🏼👸🏼
Never heard Battle Beast before, but this song is really, really good
soy Martin de Argentina, excelente tema!!!!!!!me transmitieron un monton ,casi lloro, que soloooooo!!!!!!felicitacionesssss!!!!!
That solo!! Holy hell
Черт возьми!!! РОК ЖИВ!!!! Нура это лучшее что я слушал за последние годы!!!!!!!!! Она собрала лучшее с 80-90х!!!!!!!!!!!!! Супер!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is amazing! 10/10.
I agree! Some of the best bands live, especially Noora is hitting every single note live exactly-and is permanent in motion!!
Same for me! At the same time I discovered Beyond the Black, if you don't know it, give it a try! ;)
I thought great sound but the singer was missing the oomph. Hearing a couple of other songs I hear how wrong I was, she's just not letting it out in this song. What a voice, wow!
Battle Beast propel the greatness of the 80's forward. Thank you Battle Beast!
How is there even a hint of 80s music?
Love it 🎶💚
I just heard battle beast in my head. I've never listened to this band before but I've heard amaranthe talk about them. And so I took a listen. Instant fan right here
Could be an Anette-era Nightwish or Dark Element song. But still great. Noora's vocals are so powerful and versatile!
Battle best continue comme ça vous et mont groupe préféré👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Ou même montagne.
Hi Fins! I am german-british headbanger living in a shithole called berlin! I wanna live in Finland in a forest and headbang all day and play in a metal band! That must be more than beautiful and great! Finland must be so great!
My old friend had this played in her funeral this week . It was quite surreal.
Definitely hearing a bit of Nightwish influence, here. Well done!!!
Her voice is so beautiful
RUclips Algorythm did the right thing once... It recommended me this Song. I can´t stop listening to it, it gives me so much energy :)
ЯΞNΞGADΞ Same here
Wow that voice!
Never heard this band before, now I must hear it all
If i remember right some former members made quite similar band "beast in black"...i think. Maybe check it out if you like this one.
@@iivarilappalainen9836 That's right.Anton Kabanen founded Battle Beast and wrote all songs, but then founded Beast in Black. Both are really great bands!
This song, basically, carried me through the Corona Crisis so, yeah, thanks Battlebeast. Rock on, you're awesome!
slucham ciagle,od kilku dni i nie mam dosyc
this song just popped up for me...right when I needed it the most. Noora, that voice has done it again! I Love Battle Beast!
By now this one is the song of the year
There is really tears in my eyes.
I'll be grateful to you guys.
Perfect band
Saw U live in Quebec City last monday and you just stole the show !!!
Can't wait to hear new music from you or to see you live again !!
Take care of that Miss Singer... She's a Diamond !!! Woww.....
nebudu se rozepisovat , ale je to absolutni luxus , zpěv , kytara , prostě vše, dokonale fungující organismus
I could listen to it permanently, just brilliant
Me encanta la banda y sobre todo la cantante, hace diferentes tipos de voz. Un aplauso para ellos.
this song was immediately catchy for me, incredible voice
Battle Beast, every song's an epic, and I am so here for it.
Fml this song just hits a different spot inside me it reminds all the time I fought in my live how exhausting it was and still is how many times I wanted to surrender and give it all up. back when I was 17 I never thought I would live to see 20 or even 22 now and it just reminds me the dark places I have been and all those people no angels who helped me build my self up and come to the point I am now aswell as metal and punk music got me thru my worst days
It just so happens that today is my birthday. What better way to start it than this totally resonating song? Killer performance, Noora and crew. Hope to hear you in Ontario, Canada again.
When God's alarm clock goes off in the morning, this is the song that plays. AMAZING TUNE!
Sometimes some song lyrics hit deeper than others. This is one of those songs. Thanks for this - another reason to promote you whenever I can :D
the best power metal motivational song by Battle Beast, i really love this Eden, it keeps me motivated in Life.
I pulled up power metal to play on my iphone, BB comes up, Now a Huge Fan, coming to Tampa in October!! I will be there!!!!!!
I noticed at the end that the woman in the video was the one featured on "Bringer of Pain" album art. Which also explains why the sound harkens back to that album.
What a motivational song.
*AMAZING SONG* No better way to start the weekend! 😍🤘
weekend? its still friday bro.
@@mkall for us, Friday = start of the weekend 😉
Friday afternoon is the beginning of weekend
You know, Australian folks are probably already drunk now
couldn't agree more (y)
God, Noora's voice is intoxicating.
I got see them play this live in 2019 and it was without a doubt my favorite song of the set and king for a day.
