1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Large Onion
5 Cloves of Garlic
5 Pcs of Laurel Leaves
4 Pcs Star Anise
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Black pepper

Medyo matapang na ang flavor ng star anise kaya ok na walang tanglad. Pero pwede naman lagyan siguro mas masarap yun pero di ko pa nitry.

Yung ingredients na yan pwede pang dalawang manok basta importante malubog sya pag apat na manok pwede mo na doblehin ang mga ingredients.

Pwede po bang paturo po kung paano po salain ang savory soy or yung pagpapakuluan po ng manok paano po ba hindi kopo kasi alam kung paano kapag may nakikita kita oo akong white particles doon sa savory soy po ng Tito kopo , thank you po sana po makita nyo ito
use strainer lang siguro cornstarch yun na hindi masyado natunaw, dapat kasi tutunawin mo muna sa cold water yung cornstarch bago mo ilagay sa sauce to thicken it.
@@ChefRicky Chef napagalitan po ako ng Tito kopo nung nahalo kopo yun tapos ibang pagsala ang ginawa nila ibinuhos nila sa isang lalagyan tapos po inano nila sa white cloth tapos nung ok napo , nung last week naman po Nakita ko po yung Tito ko na sinala nya po yung savory soy tapos nahalo nya po hindi kopo alam kung anong Mali ang nagawa Kong pagsalang ang ginawa kopo kasing pagsalang doon nilubog kopo yung strainer
Wag mo ilulubog yung strainer para maging maganda yung texture ng sauce
Walang soysauce ang savory at garlic
