This is surprisingly good. No wasted scenes. Touching in little details.
For the whole shows, I was like, "Okay..... , A guy eat the final wishes, he turn himself in, a girl helping a criminal, and he is too nice.... WHAT (O_O')"

I just found these videos and i am very touched i really love them. I do have a question. Is the ending after they died??? you know both were going to anyways. maybe an afterlife of sorts. either way still really good i would love to see a series done by you guys!

For this film, it really can be up to your interpretation :) It could be, like you said, the afterlife, or it also could be that the guy was given a new lease of life after serving some time in prison, hence he went to find the girl. it it's an afterlife, the girl wouldn't be still so weak and pale looking... i'd rather believe that the guy was left out... but of course, if it was a reincarnation, the girl won't be living on a deadline, so it'd be better too

Good film, but... we fail to see why this is called a Singapore film. Only because the actors are Singaporean isit? Maybe we're wrong, but most of the scenes were Malaysia leh. Even the lorry was Malaysian license plate.. Only the Sheng shiong is obviously Singapore right?

ChilliFish You're right that the film locations seem to be in Malaysia. Since the convict escaped from prison in Singapore to eat "Bak Kut Teh" from his hometown across the causeway, it is not made too clear which parts are shot in Singapore. To also give you a better context of how this film came about, it is a final year project effort by a group of Singaporean undergraduates, so the country origin of this film production is "Singapore" :)

They are. It is to magnify the gravity of the criminal escapee. That he is a dangerous escapee and everyone should be on high alert. So more pictures of the same guy will draw attention more than just 1.

Kinda, yeah :) Here on the Malayan Peninsula, we call older people "uncle" or "auntie" as a mark of respect. Usually cab drivers, food sellers at the hawker centre etc.
