Hi, I may be getting a melanistic girl kitten. I wondered if the melanistic differed in personality or temperament from their brown cousins? I had a brown marble boy many years ago and he was extremely playful, vocal, outgoing, cuddly and inquisitive - exactly the traits I look for in a bengal. Also, I've only had boys in the past as been often told they generally have the better, friendlier temperament(?) Thanks
Hi Sally, there is no special difference just because of color. Is about the character of the lines, parents, and socialization how the cat becomes. We spend a lot of time with our kittens and select very carefully our breeding cats. Good luck for you 🍀
