Another very nice build. Looks beautiful. We like how you show and talk about mistakes and show workarounds. It is the perfect way to teach beginners that it is okay to make mistakes and there are always other options when working on projects! Well done, sir!
Thank you! I spend so much time fixing mistakes it would be a shame not to share it. There’s usually a way to get back on track without starting over. Thanks for watching!
Thanks, Brent! Great first name you’ve got! I do love my classic table saw, especially since it’s on a nice rolling table that lets me get it to the driveway. Keeps the extra mess outside.
I was poking fun at the fact that some of the bigger name woodworkers are moving to “no fence” miter stations, but we already have that 😉 I actually have another miter saw too (a bigger Dewalt) and have a kind of portable table I built for it. I’ll have to share that sometime. It’s like a real miter station that supports longer pieces, but that I can still lean in the corner when I’m done.
@@WhiteLabWorkshop hahah so true, no fence lol. One day I will get a new mitre saw, but I want to get a Bosch, so it will be a while until that happens!
Thanks! That would have been a cool touch, but it would have had to be done by hand. I don’t have a logo brander yet. Now I want one, though! Thanks for watching!
Anyone else out there have a lazy jointer? Maybe mine needs a tune-up. If you like this video, please consider hitting that thumbs up button and subscribing to the channel. Thanks for watching!
My jointer has a motor attached to it, but even so I am sometimes so lazy that I can't be bothered to flip the switch, so I get where you are coming from!
Really cool! I love the commentary. But, I think the super dark color kind of hides the nice pattern in the wood. Just my opinion. The box it self is amazing tho! Also, why didn’t you link your wife’s channel? Haha! Jk.
Thank you! The dark color does hide some of the pattern and the splines don’t stand out much, but when the boss picks a color, you use that color 😉. Good point on not including her channel! It slipped my mind when I was wrapping this up! I’ll fix it. Thanks for watching!

Beautiful and satisfying, well done. And yes it is not about how big is the workshop, it is all in the “work” not the “shop” 👏
Seeing how the majority of the population are wine drinkers this is an awesome idea and I love the color of the stain GREAT JOB 👏🏻👏🏻
Jane Lee Thank you! It also helps that this is an approachable project for a newer woodworker.
Your final statement is the reason I subscribed!
Nice project...Turned out great. Love the mitred and spline joinery! 👍🏻😁
Thanks, Kirstie! I’m happy with how it turned out. Thanks for watching!
The project came out great! And you ended up using the awesome thumbnail!
Thank you! I think the new thumbnail gives it a little something that it was missing before. Thanks for checking it out!
Awesome work Brent!
Thank you, sir!
Very nice wine box. Mosquitos think I am a buffet. I subscribed last night to the channel you wife has.
Thank you, Rita! I really appreciate the support you are giving our channels and my wife appreciates it as well!
Hey Brent, Great job. I love the old school table saw! Nothing wrong with being a driveway carpenter!

Really nice buddy 🍻👍👍👍
Thank you! And thanks for checking it out!
This is a great Idea! I hate those gift bags that you can get at the supermarket, this looks like you put more thought into the gift.
Agreed! It was fun to make and will have more meaning than a gift bag from the store. Thanks for checking it out!
I also have a Ryobi mitre saw that I have to drag out whenever I want to use it, not fun! I really like the idea of adding supports, great project! 👍🏻

Nice build man, I was waiting for your logo burned in on the lid. Oh well next time....;o)
Thanks! That would have been a cool touch, but it would have had to be done by hand. I don’t have a logo brander yet. Now I want one, though! Thanks for watching!
nice project! But if for bulk production, need a professional factory.

White Lab Workshop You are absolutely right, once the boss picks a color, that’s it. Haha! Good man.
