I really like the old radio noir stories, they are a nice escape. It really was a way different world back then. Several of my close relatives died of heart failure and cancer linked to smoking. My dad was a Camel straits smoker. :(
I smoke Marlboro Menthol 100's, been smoking since I was 10 yrs old, I'm 81yrs old this year, it's 2021, so I've been smoking for 71yrs, actually my first cigarette was when I was 5 or 6yrs old, my sister had me steal a pack of Camels out of my father's stash in the pantry, in the yr of 1945, when WWII was over.
