4:45 - the annoying intro with Effie ends and we get to the actual case. 25:32 - the actual case ends and we get the extremely irritating and stupid outro routine with Effie again. The middle part of this episode was genius. I recognize three extremely talented guest voices from other programs - Youngblood is instantly recognizable as being played by Alan Reed, most famously the voice of Fred Flintstone and also familiar to OTR fans as Peg's father on The Life of Riley, while both Otter and McCulley are voices I'm certain belong to regular X Minus One alums, though I'd need to comb through numerous episodes to figure out who they were. I was hoping the episode would credit them, but often OTR fails me in this regard.
