The “apartment” for customers to stay in during service is a great idea. They should have constructed it to look more like an RV. The pups would have appreciated that!

I think it would be great to have this option available to us in the future. Not from a cost savings perspective, per se, but just to be there and close to the rig. Loved it!
You can mount your Starlink in the portable mount from the box, plug it in to the router/modem, power up and then park the dish with the app on your phone. Dismantle, and put everything back in the box until next time.
When the front part of your fifth wheel starts falling apart like in your closet you better start thinking about frame flex problems. Just think of the poor average "non-ambassador" owners that can't just drop their RV's off for a two-day no-charge priority repair at the Alliance mothership but instead have to leave them for months at their dealerships and hope they get repaired.
Nice service! Our 2022 little travel trailer is out of warranty. So when something needs fixing, my wife just tells me to add it to the Honey-do list. Usually it is far easier and quicker to fix things myself then to try and get an service appointment with the dealer or manufacturer.
This is a great idea for customer service. We took a tour of the factory this summer. We were quite impressed with the Alliance product. We have a different RV brand. (BTW. I love your dogs. What breed are they?)
I really liked the smaller trailer. I would definitely consider it if I was shopping for a new RV. Your video looks a little dark and blurry, not sure if it's just me.

Must be nice to be RUclipsrs and get preferential treatment. We have had issues with our 295MK several times and have requested to come to Indiana for repair and have been told to find a dealership. We had to move out into a hotel that we paid for so that the floor in our kitchen slide could be replaced because Alliance didn't sink the screws far enough. No, they would not warranty any of this. To say that we are VERY DISAPPOINTED with our purchase is an understatement.
@@IreneIronTravels We don't know and at this point we don't even want to. They have really made us not trust the company anymore and certainly would not recommend to others. We spent months researching and thought this was the best but obviously we were wrong. We had issues with both slides and they had the gawl to tell us it was our fault when we did everything that was mentioned in the book we were given on maintenance. They did not cover any of that either. Unfortunately, it is home so we are stuck with it.
We are actually staying in that apartment for two weeks beginning of December because we are going to be there for service. Is there a spot close where you could take your dogs out? We have two also. Thanks
Oh cool! Yes, you can walk around the entire complex. Most of it is blacktop, but if you go back and look at the drone footage of the outside campsites.... the apartment is right across those. So you can take your dogs out to the "grass" about 50 ft out the door of the apt. I say "grass" because it's more like field.... not soft fluffy grass. 😊🤣

Well most of the time your videos are interesting, but this one ...... hummm BTW, when i see the repairs needed on your rig, even you're sponsored by Alliance, that reminds me what i always said "giving a brad nailer or a stapler to an Amish worker is like giving a trumpet or a drum to a 3 year old kid after 5 redbull" Anyway, when will these guys learn that brad nails or staples ARE NOT PERMANENT fittings, as you discovered (the hard way) in your front closet !

If you want to see a large living room area, look at Alliance's 375RD. That is the model the the wife and I are planning on getting.
