That was both surprising and impressive. I didn’t realize Honda made the Pilot so capable. The body shape has grown more interesting again, after what I felt were some bland designs. It was fun seeing the red dirt and natural environs of Sedona instead of high end spas and zillion dollar homes. It was also fun having Charlie along, including getting his take on some of the vehicle features (partially filling in for the necessary absence of Science Sarah). Also fun seeing TFL Tommy’s cameo (not Tommy).

Great to see you out at press events! Always good to take a break from the usual shop stuff..
I'm actually surprised the Pilot can do any of that stuff.. As you mentioned, it'll be used as a family hauler primarily... Good to see it's capable if things turn ugly.

This was very informative and practical since i was debating on choosing a new vehicle and this is more suited to Canadian Winter with the type of changes they did and the reliability of Honda technology. This debate between this and a Toyota Equivalent aka the Highlander is really helping. Thank you 😀

This is so nice to see Honda putting in so much thought into the off-road segment. They’re really getting something in line for everyone: R, Si, Sport or Touring Civic, Accord in sporty or hybrid trim, CRV all NA or hybrid, HR-V, Passport, Pilot, Ridgeline and now something to conquer the meatballs! And did your nails match the car? Fantastic.

I replaced the stock tires on my wife's 4Runner with those Continentals. Almost 40,000 miles later they're still in great shape. Would absolutely recommend if you want something a little beefier than road tires but don't want to put KO2s or the like on your vehicle.

Hey Sarah, that’s great Honda addressed the overheating issue or at least I hope so it certainly seems a lot more legit. Big fan of Honda, even though I’ve never actually owned one if I didn’t have to have a full size 4 Wheel Drive truck I honestly think I would be driving a Ridgeline only because I can’t fit in a Tacoma😢 absolutely beautiful trail there. Look awesome on the video.🐧🐧🐧👍(The three penguins are for luck)
