So you gotta add bokashi bran on every fill which is expensive, no warranty if purchased on Amazon other than mfg warranty which isn't worth it especially if the mfg is overseas., not worth the hefty price tag if we can't get a warranty at our convenience

There is 1 year warranty by default, no matter which source you purchased.
Somehow Amazon does not allow seller to putting words like warranty on the production detail, this does not mean that purchased on Amazon is no warranty.

You add the GEME-Kobold once a year. I am an early user and had a problem with my machine. This company was spot on knowing what the problem was and provided a solution to the problem. I was able to swap out the part in less than 10-minutes. It's a wonderful product.
