I’ve watched this from start to finish over a dozen times…usually at .25 speed.

I enjoy my GEME. It took a couple of times to get a properly working machine, yet I am grateful to have it. As a juicer, I have lots of scraps from peels and such. Other than pineapple when I make my juices, I just dispose of the waste in my GEME. I am planning to use my compost in my greenhouse I will start in the spring.

Great review! I've been using my GEME for almost a year. In that time, I've made well over 90 lbs of conpost that i have shared with friends and neighbors. Overall, for the price point, the ease of use, no replacement filters, and the mere fact of set it and forget this machine is truly a beast. The 19 Liter bin takes my household of two quite a while to fill. No spills, no smells, and no worries.

I have a Reencle and am wanting to add the GEME to my efforts I garden year round thank you for the demonstration

Great machine, but eh, that Kobold microorganism is nowhere near as efficient as the one Reencle uses. I'd probably combine the GEME machine with the Reencle microorganism to get the best processing result.

And it takes 10 times as long to process with compost tumblers. These heated composters accelerate what would normally take weeks to process in a tumbler, unless you're willing to wrap your tumbler in a heating jacket and tumble continuously with a motor.

My Gene composter is scheduled for delivery today. I am a juicer and am looking forward to having the Geme. I love the fact that I will be able to create my own compost for use in my upcoming greenhouse.

Huh, so your Kobold microbes are not salt or acid tolerant. That's unfortunate. I'll stick with my Reencle. I do like it larger volume of your machine, but you really need to figure out that most important element.

Wait, why does this composter need a UV light? Are you trying to prevent mold growth in the exhaust air path? Does the unit use activated carbon filtration?

No way to find GEME Kobold and what is the cost of it.

This should make for some good Composting Worm Food called Precompost. Worms like their food well covered in bacteria before they can eat. I’m Regenerative Homesteader and I finish all my compost with Redworms to add important biology while reducing anaerobic conditions.
