@@davegill7614 Yeah it’s worked ok on mine as you can see in the video … although it’s a mortar mix I’m sure it’s got added stuff in there to make it hard wearing…. I’ve used it for rendering too and it’s great for that as well I was always taught to use washed sand and cement on slab work but I guess new products come onto the market so we may as well take advantage if it makes life easier 😀😀😀👍
Hey thanks for your question … it dries to a light grey colour but if you want to change the colour you can add a colour dye to the dry mix obtainable from your local builders merchants Personally I’d be inclined to leave it grey as you can always add to it another time and you’ll keep the same colour throughout Hope this helps 😀😀😀👍
Very useful. Thanks a lot
Great … glad it helped out 😀😀👍
Great advice going to do this thanks.
Great … sure you’ll manage it ok if you take your time and do it in the dry weather 😀👍

@stephenmaddocks1173 I did my mates patio last week with a dry mix I made up myself...I forgot how time consuming it was..compacting it down
@@davegill7614 Yes it is quite time consuming that way but this tarmac ready mix mortar drops straight in so it makes life much easier 😀😀😀👍
@@stephenmaddocksDIY not seen that stuff before...some mortar mixes aren't suitable for patio pointing..but had a look at this mix and it is

What colour does this dry to, is it grey or buff?

Use the white domestos it’s better because it has chlorine in it
Ok thanks Cheryl 😀👍
