Been really busy lately. Finally got some RUclips time to watch my channels. Personally I think chicken thighs are way better than chicken breast. Even with Alfredo I prefer thighs. Chicken thighs save lives 😂

@thehungryhussey Haha, no offense meant, but shawarma in Europe or the US does seem a bit different from what I'm used to. We usually add hummus and tahini on top, and the meat is often lamb, sheep, or turkey. Plus, the slices are typically much finer! Tahini is the secret, trustttt. Love the channel btw, been following since u had a few thousand subscribers. Much love

I would never cook chicken thigh's to 185, that is nuts.
What do you cook chicken thighs to?
@@thehungryhussey I pull at 160 and let them rest to 165. You can get away with higher temp on thighs but boy are they juicy at 165.
Everyone is different, but dark meat at 165 is not good to me. Maybe it’s a texture thing, but not for me.
