Thanks for sharing this recipe with us Neal and Amy and the great tip on reusing pickle juice. That is a good looking sandwich and a perfect way to make fried pickle slices. Stay safe and keep up the great videos. Fred.
Neal, I think you got the smash perfect!! It looks like that thickness along with your smash technique gave it the ultimate browning crisp!! Keep up the good work.
Great idea and I have to give you props on that smasher. That’s the best tool that I have for making smash burgers and I have bought several other brands in the past 💯💯💯🔥
Great reaction! Nothing better than a smash burger. I was just thinking, watching you smash those patties, I wonder how many times you’ve smashed a burger and how many different kinds.
This is a fantastic burger. I use SRF beef in my videos a lot, because it is simply, the best. (I stock up when it is on sale at my local grocer, and I ordered my Christmas Roast direct from them this year). And that ranch dressing/spread/sauce looks fantasterrific! Outta the park, again, my friend!
Those look fantastic Neal, that crust was killer and the pickles were awesome. Cheers brother and hopefully you and your family have a fantastic Holiday!🎄☃️🎅❄️🦌🍻
Ok, that was a damn good looking burger. If I may, i would like to suggest substituting Frisch's tartar sauce for the ranch. That would be a great burger. I'm going to try it. Thanks for your videos.
Back in 2022 (I believe) your pals the Waltwins did fried pickle burgers and my son proclaimed it as being the greatest burger of all time! So looking at your method, it's a must make soon :) Nice work team! And Neal, did you notice how stealthy Amy was about snagging a pickle on the side?! haha!!
"Jalapeno juice"..... Are you talking about the vinegar from the jar of something like sliced jalapenos? I've never heard of "jalapeno juice". Looks great, and I REALLY want to try it!!
Another great video.
I like your pickle trick
I'll take 2 of them and some beers 🍻
Not only a great recipe, but so many ideas to enhance and try different ways. This is what makes you and Amy so good in the griddlin world.
yup

Now, THAT looks very very good!!!
Fantastic pickle tip. I do the same with fresh peppers after eating the jarred ones I bought at the grocery store
Looks great - gonna try it !
I have been known to put boiled eggs in leftover pickle juice, but I never thought about putting raw cucumbers in it.
Boss, you kicked it again!!!!😊

I am anti pickle. But I will definitely use the rest of this recipe. There are actual posts of me trying to eat pickles 😂

That is a dang good looking burger! The wife is kind of picky and she even said that I have to make them for her!
Love fried pickles. Off topic, Kroger has bone in rib roast on sale for $5.97/Ib

Avoid it. The first ingredient is seed oil.

Could use some bacon in my opinion
