A gentle wash and drying with paper towels. Apply Lamasil 1% and then cover with layer of paper towel strips to wick moisture away. Australian Tea Tree Oil is also a very good antifungal. Feeling better on just 1st day. I will follow a strict regiment. Thank You!

Unfortunately at that point I had already trialed topical anti-fungals and oral terbinafine. Now I use high dose topical steroids for the odd flare up and it works very well. I’ve had a fungal infection on my feet for over a year now. I’ve been prescribed antifungals and steroids but it won’t go away. I started using a hypochlorous acid spray about a week ago and it’s already looking better than after months of antifungals creams. Also, using Amlactin cream and putting zinc pyrithione shampoo on my feet a few minutes before I get in the shower seem to be helping as well. I will try terbinafine as I’m not exactly sure what anti fungal I was using when this all started.

Wow! I've read that scratching at it or scrubbing can irritate it further. But I'm glad that solution worked for you. I wonder if it would work for other areas, too.

As hot as I can stand. But hold up. If you burn yourself, that's your problem. And it will make it worse. I said for me, not for you. So don't try this at home.
