PS4 SB(No Power) and HDMI (WLOD-No Image) Repair

CUCH-1002A PS4 that had no power whatsoever.
I tested the PSU and it tested A OK.
This pinpoints a faulty Southbridge IC.
I found no shorts under the Southbridge so I went ahead and replaced with one from a donor board.
After replacing it,it powered on and had a lot of image issues,no image,sometimes an image etc.
I went ahead and replaced the Panasonic HDMI Encoder IC and this rectidfied the issue.
