I have started making timed to-do list just 3 days ago and it has absolutely changed my productivity game! Normal to-do lists are just lists of things where half of them never get done or are compromised by the "more important things". I think its a clear sign that I am on the right track now that you've mentioned it too. 3:45 Sir , I am a student who doesn't like studying History and Civics , Geography and such , after making my to-do list , the next day , when I sit down to study them , then I see that for Civics and Geography , I take 1 hour or 2 hours more for studying than what I wrote down in my to-do list. What should I do ?
Brain doesn't like something when it's not understanding. Do not over feed it. Try making list of topics that you generally want to know and not for exams and ranks. Then try some visual learning through some videos which doesn't require much of your energy. This creates some interest. Then take time train your brain to sit and learn each topic. Sooner or later you will see results. All the best.
