    I find myself scrolling and wasting time more just before an exam/ assignment / deadline , the anxiety of the deadline makes me waste time even more

    I have started making timed to-do list just 3 days ago and it has absolutely changed my productivity game! Normal to-do lists are just lists of things where half of them never get done or are compromised by the "more important things". I think its a clear sign that I am on the right track now that you've mentioned it too. Thank you so much Dr. I am a student preparing for competitive exams and your channel is helping me learn so much about neuroscience which I think is so important considering I am asking my brain to play along the most at this point in life😂

    Show, don't tell. Only talk to ur accountability partner. Document ur actions
    To do list. Also write kitna time lagega usko karne me. Estimated time next to the task
    Differentiate between growth and house keeping tasks. Finish them off block time. So no break of flow. Delegate

    3:45 Sir , I am a student who doesn't like studying History and Civics , Geography and such , after making my to-do list , the next day , when I sit down to study them , then I see that for Civics and Geography , I take 1 hour or 2 hours more for studying than what I wrote down in my to-do list.
    What should I do ?

      Brain doesn't like something when it's not understanding. Do not over feed it. Try making list of topics that you generally want to know and not for exams and ranks. Then try some visual learning through some videos which doesn't require much of your energy. This creates some interest. Then take time train your brain to sit and learn each topic. Sooner or later you will see results. All the best.

    Habits

    It is what, that I was finding for many days. I have questions for one day when I skip learning, My brain begain to pain, why this? Even on Sunday i feel hard to watch movie any enjoment task. Is Some thing wrong with me?

      Neuroscience is not just a theory. The insights he adds to everything we deal with in day to day life, are the applications of Neuroscience. The self improvement suggestions by him are also insightful unlike those 1001 self improvement channels.
