Best ghee is from cows of mountains,,, they graze fir 7,8 hours daily ,ate different types of herbs as compared to cows of low lands.,, and high altitude and pleasent temperature is also beneficial,,, water’s purity is ultra pro max level as compared to polluted water in low lands … when cattles born and grow up in clean and green environment they r more likely to stay happy and healthy ,, cow is happy then milk is healthy

As a Mumbai kar ,living in Chembur ,I use pureganic Desi cow’s pure Bilona Ghee (A2) this is written on pack ,it’s 2000 ₹ per kg the only draw back is 250gm pack is in plastic jar. ,hence forward I’m going to buy 500gm pack which is in glass jar

So, to ensure that the ghee you are consuming is made as per ayurveda, ensure it has following -
1. "A2 ghee" should be written on the pack
2. The name of cow breed should be mentioned on the pack and it should only be desi cows (like gir, sahiwal, tharparkar etc.)
3. The reference of "Bilona ghee" should be mentioned on the pack
4. Ghee should ideally be packed in a glass container

I studied biochemistry, nutrition and food science as a part of my course module requirements during my BSc and MSc days (2011). Never before had I ever heard of 'A2 or A1 milk protein. Thank you for the new information!

A1 and A2 is a type of protein and ghee doesn't contain any protein so there is no difference between the two. Plus whether you make from cream or by churning curd, it doesn't matter. Although cream method is better as milk can be sold separately as low fat and doesn't go for waste

After watching ur previous videos on the similar topic,I have been using A2 desi ghee of brand AGNA purchased from honey and spice.the brand states it’s an gir cow desi ghee made from billona method.what is ur opinion on the product ? I am also using honey sold by honey and spice.Thanks
We have cows in our farms and all are Indian breeds we pay personal attention to them care and hygiene is well maintained and we get milk from them and as he mentioned we use that bilona method to get ghee from it but its only for our private use not commercially available and there is no harm in it to cows and us both

Now I still do not understand how these dairy provide ghee in 500-600 /- KG that includes profit of company, transportation & retailer.

All desi cows milk is best but when talking about the feed they eat , i would suggest the " Badri "Cow Ghee is the best as this breed is found in the hilly areas where the cattlers leave the cows freely to graze them , where they eat different types of fresh grasses and herbs .

I have bought majority of the brands recommended in the description but the quality is never consistent. Surprisingly, whenever mom makes ghee at home the quality is always the same. It's just that the quantity is not enough for family of 6 so have to order 1 1.5 kg extra.
But always found variations in quality.
These are fake ghee only, he got money to promote these brands that’s all. I also bought saree Radhe ghee and that was fully Dalda with chemical mix to smell like ghee. Truth came when I heat it.
That is why we also provide with Makkhan, so that people can make Ghee at home itself.
Please see that our Ghee is always of consistent quality.
