Sir your video is very knowledgeable but there is some points in this video which mislead the audience
1. Homogenisation is not for extend the shelf life it is use for improve the texture,appearance and taste by decreasing the size of the fat particles.
2. Milk industry mostly use ultra heat treatment and pasteurisation for extend the shelf life.
3.yellow colour of cowmilk is due to beta carotene
4. The tabela or local milkman is not maintain the hygiene of surrounding and animal also that’s why it might be cause the source of illness due to hygiene issue

Appreciate this valuable information being a vegetarian. Recently hv seen many videos that claim India's dairy industry is heavily dependent on synthetic milk. It was so scary that I have almost stopped dairy consumption in the form of milk curd paneer.. after watching many videos of Acharya prashant.
Only using it in small qty for tea
after these synthetic milk videos. I trust patanjali milk but that is rarely available in kolkata stores that too only in tetra packing which come costly. And has to have preservatives. I m aware they have launched pouches but not in Bengal.. Kolkata doesn't get Amul A2 milk as well. I don't know if at all there are any reliable options for us for cruelty free A2 milk.😣

There’s no thing like synthetic milk. Those videos you saw are often hyperlocal criminals & many times just fake too & don’t form the basis of entire milk industry .
If you don’t believe just pay visit to local farmer who’s selling to a company like Amul etc & follow their milk from cow to trucks to factory & testing & see at every step of they are adding anything extra or not.

This video would give more boost to Desi Gau Palaks. They have been fighting a lone battle against the A1 milk mafia. The sad part is that a lot of our indigenous breeds have been lost over a period of time.
Few years now it's noteworthy to see gaupalaks doing extremely well in running their gaushala's successfully by doing value addition. Gaupalak Ramesh Bhai Rupareliya from Gondal, Gujarat is exporting his Desi Cow based products to 125 countries world wide. Also in neighbouring Jasan town, Ghanshyam Prabhuji is making more than 50 Cow based products and has a A2 Milk powder plant which does about 6 tons of monthly production of A2 full fat milk powder.
Videos like this from you sir would steer more demand and create a more conducive environment for products which are ethically sourced and meets the quality standards.

firstly at 1:09 he said that ayurveda says it is of complete nutrition and come on be senseful you would not drink only milk in your whole day and it has other essential minerals like Na Mg K and vitamins also and other macro nutrients in sufficient amount and by that we can say A2 milk is approx a complete food
At 2:03 you may be correct it would have been because of sterilization of milk but I want to know from you why to consume this kind of thing and if you say it is better A2 milk then you are a fool there are many better options available and you also know that along with sterilization, homogenization also plays a crucial role in increasing shelf life so he mentioned that.

I recently switched to A2 Gir cow milk at Rs 150 litre from a local vendor in Gurgaon. Although cost is 3 times more as compared to Mother Dairy but difference in milk quality is striking. Also I don’t feel bloated after consuming A2 milk.
And Iam Purchasing A2 gir cow milk localy at 60₹per litre

Hey Fit tuber, can you please tell me if country delight app is a good option for A2 milk...that's the only company which seems to supply A2 milk ..my twins will be a year old soon and I need to find a good milk option for them asap .Even if they say that the milk is hormone free and is of A2 cow, does that mean they don't give antibiotics or chemicalized fodder to their cows

We are taking milk from a local doodhwala from a really long time , even my mom prepare Ghee from that milk at home , although it's a bit expensive than the packet milk but it's much better and healthier☺️

We have our own Desi cow.
Our cow gives 12 - 13 liter. And obviously milk is A2 .
You can check easily cow gives A1 or A2 by checking if it have any hump on neck or not.
If your cow have hunk then it's desi cow.
A2 milk will have yellowish colour

Thanks for the video Vivek, In my place, the milk we take is from a cow, which is neither A1 nor A2, but a hybrid of both. It has huge horn, bigger neck and ear, also a small hump. Should we continue that or look for pure A2 milk?

Main amul ka doondh hi use karti hu vadodara mein ,aur jahan se aata hai waha ke dairy factory main jaa chuki hu waha sab kuch bahut saaf sutra hai aur waha kisi bhi local doondh dene wale se doondh lene ke baad test kiya jata hai aur packaging bhi untouched aur saaf hai . Baaki mentioned milk main nahi piti. Vegan ke liye jo bhi substitutes hai doondh mein woh paani se bana hota hai toh Pani Kahan se doodh ka substitute hua. Coconut milk main milk hi nahi hota woh nariyal ka murada aur pani se banta hai toh kaise milk ka substitute hua 🤔😔
Best is skimmed milk from skimmed milk powder it has only 0.1% fat and its just 43 or 45 Rs per litre from most popular brands like sagar amul, govind, society tea, param dairies etc
