On my road bike, Cube Attain, the disc brake caliper is sitting tight to the Neos plastic body. I'll move it away to be sure not damaging anything. The same for the long rear derailleur or derailer, it is very close when using the largest cog.
sorry, to unbolt the disc calliper is a massive disappointment. i had the same problem but return the tacx neo. i expect to go riding, come home, take rear tire off and mount on to the neo. no chance. a huge disappointment that tacx, for their 2017 have not adapted to the bike industry norm. not your problem, just a frustrated ex-client of tacx.

yes it is standard plug for North America.
