Been training crossfit last 8 monhts from doing "bodybuilding" type workouts since 2005. And started following these guys and love them. Consistently Entertaining and informative, even watched their old vids haha

Thor is an amazing example of what we can achieve as human beings! Going from a basketball player, to winning every aspect of Strongman comps imaginable, and then boxing. For someone his size, that is an incredible feat. He is so lean, it's UNREAL. It is really remarkable seeing these "big men" get into such incredible shape. Love the "Rudy" reference, BTW, Mars! :P. And the 80's music is ON POINT!
My last trip to Iceland was the most memorable one ; That country is magical with its landscapes and culture. I had the silica mask at the blue lagoon too :D
Navy moved us East to West coast. I see why you guys visit San Diego often. Wish I could watch these in the ocean but it's fun to binge when we pull back in.
