As a medical student, it's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to go to bed early, but I try my best 😅. I love sleep though, I could spend my life doing CrossFit and sleeping, but apparently I'm more ambitious and decided to become a doctor and get less sleep. Love you guys!!
Thanks for a fun show, Bros! Honestly, I get to bed by 10pm basically every night, with rare exceptions. I’d say, 98% of the time I’m in bed by or before 10pm.
