@@talaankdancecompany yes ma'am but it's not non stop at a stretch. I know the adavus but actually trying to master doing that at a time with all three speeds.
In basic bharatnatyam means what? Kindly explain. Also which taal you are referring? Chatushra ekam? Or Adi Taal? How many repetitions you will have to do if you want to come on sam & is that possible for you to sustain for the video? Also here are some links you may need to watch to gain some more knowledge and perspective. We highly recommend you to watch 1. ruclips.net/video/YxJp2Q0_yUE/видео.html 2.ruclips.net/video/BG4-IXf1zqA/видео.html Let us know. - Team Talaank
@@talaankdancecompany yes the" ki ta thaka thari ki da Thom", initially the thaalam is one and next two followed by three you can also check videos of Bharatanatyam two types of theermaana adavu. Also yes we can sustain all three 'kaalams' (speed) in one theermaana adavu for both of the type.
Natyasatra show different variations of talams as well, like different teachers have different variations only the style is different. But still you can check gurus from Kalakshetra or Kalamandalam.
The kaalam is perfect in the video. You must be counting it one syllable in one beat. The ki ta ta ki is to show the first laaya which you are starting from. And then built up the 2 and 3 kaalam. Try counting that way you will see it is PERFECT. Also mind the Taal in chatushra ekam. - BHAKTI NAIK

There is no variations in taalam for every teacher. We do follow carnatic taal patern and it's same for everyone.
