The day I have my class I just have "maar bhath" or "ganji" brown rice. That is light, gets digested easily, cooling and energy giving. Also I have sometimes sugarcane juice one hour before class.

@@talaankdancecompany I did not say this is the correct clothing it's comfortable while doing Bharanatyam and while learning too this is actual dress and while performing you should wear the dress instructed by respective Teachers...
