Absolutely simple and delicious. Coriander and cumins are the key to the flavor. Thank you PK for another hit on oriental cooking.

I know I'm kind of randomly asking but do anybody know a good website to stream new series online?

I could not stand the smell provocation and I cooked it last night for dinner. The fantastic smell is still around the house and on all Scandinavia where I live. Hurrah PK !!!

This is super delicious and is now a weekly staple on our dinner list (we keep the chili in the recipe and deep fry the beef as recommended). Thank you for sharing.

Its best to use baking soda by itself first for a few minutes then rinse it off. Marinade as the final step.

Hi, please what cut of beef is this?

Sirloin is the best, but cheaper cut like flank steak or topside work fine. Add some baking soda to tenderize the meat for the cheaper cut.

@@TasteofAsianFood but baking soda gives a terrible aftertaste... I know it's widely used in restaurants that is why I never ordered anymore.. I think just adding cornstarch will tenderise enough

@@annamariana8140 Agree with you about the bitter taste of baking soda. This is not for everyone and please omit it if you are sensitive to its taste.

Oyster sauce in Hunan Cumin Beef. Never! Oyster sauce is Cantonese. And too sweet.
If you can't stand the heat, make something else. Bell pepper in Hunan cumin beef is not going to be anything like the real dish.
It is much better to add the cumin into the marinade. That way itreally flavors the meat.
