    I've been running for a couple of years now (+calisthenics) two times a week atleast sometimes three. Recently I've joined a gym for a three months program of Rippetoe in order to gain some strength and mass. Also going for HIIT every restdays for fatloss. It's been only 1,5 weeks now and i've started having ankle pains. Also knee's but that's because of squatting and i got pattelar tendonitis so it's normal. But I am afraid i got some kind of joint disease because whenever i perform some type of excersise (almost perfectly) my joints of that particular area/movement hurt. like tricep extensions > elbows start to ache, same goes for deadlifts > ankles ache a little and grows over time.. etc only shoulders i can train freely lol.
