Just watching the playlist, and while you were still killing it here, I just love seeing how much happier and more comfortable in your own skin you are now, and seeing how far you've come since the beginning of that compilation at the end. You seem so much more natural and confident and at ease and I'm so proud of how far you've transitioned and what it's done for your happiness, and even more proud of you using RUclips as a platform for trans awareness, education, and support. That little bottle of pills is absolutely a representation of your future, of everything you want and all the hard mental and emotional work you have done in the last months, years, however long to become the person you want to be. Congratulations!!!!! I will say that in the medial field we usually call it Aldactone-which yes, is a name brand and you are likely not taking that brand, but it's a lot easier to say.. It's like "Motrin" is often used for any number of the brands of Ibuprofen

I'd like to ask a question. I mean no disrespect. It's nothing religious. It's nothing questioning the credibility of being transgender. If you aren't comfortable with the question, ignore it completely.
If someone is transgender (maybe I should specify and say in the process of transitioning) or anything similar, do they still enjoy sex or masturbation and/or want to masturbate or have sex? I mean in the sense of their penis or vagina not matching their gender identity. What is the (your) personal emotional response to this? Is it a normal thing that they (not a blanket term... I mean "they" as in you or your experiences, etc.) don't think about, or what? Do they loathe it everytime, avoid doing it, do it in a different way, etc.? I've heard of people disliking it because they disliked themselves/their body before they found their true identity. So is it more of a self-love sort of thing?
I know it will vary from person to person, but that's the point. I'd love to hear different answers. I'm open-minded, and instead of assuming false information about something I don't understand, I ask. If I'm out of line, just let me know and I'll correct my error; I know I probably got some terms confused.
Another thing... if a transgender person gets surgery, should you automatically classify them as transsexual? It's very confusing to me!

For the second question transexual and transgender are actually the same thing! Transexual is more commonly used in England but not often because it doesn't really make sense. :)
+Elise Martin I think you answered your own question when you said it varies from person to person. Some trans people feel dysphoric about their genitals, and some don't. Sometimes that affects sex and/or masturbation, and sometimes it doesn't. I'd suggest searching for videos on youtube where trans people talk about their own experiences with those feelings.
And as far as your second question, I'd avoid classifying people all together, and let people choose labels (or lack thereof) for themselves. If someone says they identify as transgender and not transexual, or as transexual and not transgender, then that's what they are. Or if someone identifies as both, that's cool too. Labels are defined by the people who identify with them.

+Andrea Altobelli i'm not sure if it is more commonly used in england, but it might be regional! i mean, at least where i'm from, i'd say gender identity is very rarely talked about, but when it is (from my experience) i think transgender is used a lot more often. but yeah, transexual doesn't make sense, it's a confused and incorrect term
Now that I've done more research, I realize that I've asked a very cliche question. I'm not preoccupied by the sexual aspects. I care a lot about learning much more important facets of transgender lives. I just wanted to clarify that this isn't come from a mindset that you might normally expect.

I didn't take Spiro with out estrogen the first results I noticed were two weeks in when I was in the shower the water felt slimy on my skin and it was just that my skin had gotten a lot softer so it felt weird lol
yeah my dr also proscribed estrogen with mines...but I think i'm just happy with the spro. not ready for estrogen yet

Lgbt+ is the acronym that stands for Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender+. It's essentially the community of people who don't identify with the social norms that relate to sexuality, gender-identity, etc. Lgbt+ does go beyond the four labels hence the 'plus sign.' You can look it up and see all the other labels that fall under the lgbt umbrella. I identify as asexual, but that's not always included in the title but if you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

Congrats starting the T blockers. Each milestone of transition can be so exciting. getting your hormones is one of them. Of course the T blocker is a helper for the actual hormones but it's still part of your HRT so it's still super exciting. When I started Testosterone in 2002 I was so excited and relieved. I finally felt more, I guess the only real word I can come up with is, normal. So happy for you! hugs

I think you are just a beautiful person. I think I'm just so happy with the world lately.. There's no much ugly shit going on.. but then I see so many people being honest with themselves. Seeing people like you, owning a genetic mutation with style, and just loving you. It's such a rare gift.. Heck, I sit here as an "average/normal" bisexual woman, and I am inspired. I just love seeing more people being honest about what makes them happy. It makes the world a more beautiful place.

I feel a little weird for watching a bunch of your videos after finding your channel randomly, but you are too cute. I have two transfeminine friends, one who's been taking hormones since she was about 13 (she's almost 20 now) and another who has yet to take anything, but she's working her way there. It's so fascinating to see others and where they are with their identity, I'm so happy for you and I hope that life treats you well ^____^
I am so proud of your desicion! My boyfriend started his journey 2 years ago, his mastectomy turned out very well and he became so much more confident with himself and I wish you will feel the same way!! Good Luck and best wishes from Berlin!
