Hi there, I love the videos they're extremely helpful and easy to understand! I just had a general question though; what is your opinion on things like inversion tables? I have some lower back pain/tightness in my spine occasionally. However, my main issue/problem is my cervical spine; I have some cervical arthritis with degenerative changes and spinal stenosis in C6-C7 and C7-T1. There is also some fusion at C4-C5 facet joints, and some other issues. I was looking into getting an inversion table to possibly help with some of the general neck/back tightness and strain on the vertebrae, so hopefully you can let me know your opinion on this treatment modality.
    Thanks in advance!
