Hey doc, Im getting ready to buy a new foam mattress and have dealt with lower back problems my whole life, would a firm foam mattress be best?? Thanks for all of your videos!
I did the whole exercise wow! boy o boy I have to say that, it took a huge weight from my whole body I felt really light maybe my body was so tense...? thank you very much for trying to help us
I really appreciate how you explain everything, very direct, clear and encouraging. I always learn something new. Your videos helped me heal my back when I had a pinched nerve last spring, eternally grateful, many blessings your way. ✨🙏🏽
Thanks Doctor I always had this Problem in my back. I really benefited from these exercises. Please keep sending these excersises. Thanks again for the interesting way you tackle this problem. I really recommend these exercises to everyone.
Just what I needed I started a new job in a restaurant kitchen lots of standing & repetitive motion my upper back is suffering! Will be trying these today! Thanks for your detailed explanation of all your videos!! I live in Michigan as well! We have visited St Joes it’s beautiful!!
You read my mind! I’ve been thinking about straightening my upper back for a couple of days! These stretches have my muscles humming. Thank you for sharing with us!! 🎉
Thank you, Dr. I tried the child's pose with the scoop and hand on neck additions and what a difference I feel already! Thank you for explaining these exercises, and making your videos easy to understand.
Step 1: Warm-up Step 2: Strengthen Step 3: Stretch I love how you have emphasized the importance of strengthening, since it cannot be overstated. You completely surprised me, with the alternative camera angle of the bridge!
Hi there, I love the videos they're extremely helpful and easy to understand! I just had a general question though; what is your opinion on things like inversion tables? I have some lower back pain/tightness in my spine occasionally. However, my main issue/problem is my cervical spine; I have some cervical arthritis with degenerative changes and spinal stenosis in C6-C7 and C7-T1. There is also some fusion at C4-C5 facet joints, and some other issues. I was looking into getting an inversion table to possibly help with some of the general neck/back tightness and strain on the vertebrae, so hopefully you can let me know your opinion on this treatment modality. Thanks in advance!
Thank you Dr. Rowe for wonderful videos. Always helpful . Dear doctor , chest stretch causes pain in my low back because of the lordosis. Can I have your advice please ?❤
hello. i’ve pulled a big sofa chair up to my room which is upstairs and i did it by myself. and ever since then i don’t know if i hurt myself cause my back has been tending to hurt along with my chest.
My whole body bends in half when I walk no matter h ow much I straighten my body before that. It all started 6 months ago. I have gone to pain management and physical therapy but they are not much help. Looking through your video it seems you can help me. Thank you so much. Dr. Rowe, is there any specific group of exercises I need to do to improve my condition. Please help. I am home bound because of this and afraid to go to even grocery store.
Can you do relief for trochanteric bursitis or greater trochanter pain syndrome? Thanks!! Btw, really appreciate your videos. Very clear, easy to follow and helpful.
Hey Dr. Rowe, I sleep with a CPAP mask, and lately I’ve been sleeping uncomfortable and I need help with laying with pillows and not causing a crook, please help, thanks
Hey doctor, whenever I raise my arms my right arm goes higher than the left arm. I don't know what to do and I'm only 13 by the way. The only thing I know is that the scapula on my left arm doesn't stretch enough.
I have a ridiculous amount of crunching and grinding in both sides of my upper back around the bottom of my shoulder blades, i have had almost every kind of scan but nobody can tell me what is wrong and why it hurts so much. The right side is worse and feel like i have a huge hole to the left of the shoulder blade. Would you have any ideas? Thank you for all you do.
I asked before about how to manage to get up from the floor easily. I have very painful knees and whenever i want to walk more, my legs become very heavy and it feels very difficult to lift them. I am 54
A few days ago I lifted something heavy and since then I've had pain in upper back, and my left shoulder is higher than my right shoulder. I've been resting and my posture is getting back to normal, still got pain though. Is that normal? Thank you
Wow it seems like you actually care about your work and educating the public. Most chiropractic channels sadly seems like they are more about getting views with pretty women and questionable camera angles/thumbnails/titles
7:00 Good idea but somehow it appears to me that it may not be a good way to strengthen the blade muscles as subjects can compensate it with the extension of their lower T spine
