This worked! I've been doing these for a couple days since you posted. My left neck/shoulder area has had pain off & on b/c of a desk job and my head tilt. I've tried so many things over the years. Now the pain is mostly gone. I'll keep doing these exercises, ty!

Dr. Rowe you have been an absolute life saver for me. I started watching your hip stretch videos while I was experiencing a lot of lower back pain due to my weight. I've been working out in the gym and find myself returning to your channel daily to help stretch my DOMS. Thank you for all you do!

I often get intense vertigo when my head is at odd angles or upside down. I understand this is due to crystals breaking free inside the ear and affecting the signals to the brain. I'm wondering if you might do a video on this topic. Many thanks for the channel from England!

I'm curious, when you have a neck hump, does it decrease how far you can look up? As in, if I wanted to look up at the ceiling. That kind of movement. It feels like the neck hump gets in the way and also the front of my neck feels tight.

if you hit this hard, its powerul muscle realisor. so much that its maybe pinching some kind of neck artery,.. yeah yeah.. i know thats ''dangerous''. i release as i sort of get dizzy.
maybe im a neurotic aspergers, but i try to extend my lumber (when pushing teh chest up.. other wise i maybe just sink into a reverse curve, at leeast there.
    God speed
