面香味很浓~就是盐放少了咸一点更好吃。煎的时候火有点大外壳脆脆的,反而很像小时候市场里现打出来的烧饼!很好吃!
就是韧性和摊出来的面糊煎饼不一样~

饼是做的不错,动作娴熟,讲解透彻。只是油太多,不属于健康食品,尤其对怕肥胖之爱美人士,吃这个饼加煎鸡蛋,热量绝对超标。

小高姐以前也教过几次"左手推出去的时候用力,右手拉回来的时候用力"。反正我是一次就学会了哈哈哈
擀的时候擀面杖有个倾斜 。上推的时候左边略压, 下拉的时候右边略压,面就转起来了🤓🤓 慢慢试,先感觉一下

我很喜歡用餅卷著菜或者肉吃,超市有現成的捲好的,卻很貴,但是沒有賣餅的!謝謝小高姐分享的食譜,太棒啦!!愛吃的東西往往都是小時候吃過的,可是那時大多數麵食都是買的。我還記得市場裡的麵食店多熱鬧,裡面各樣的餅,有蛋的、油酥的、單餅、煎餅、發麵的⋯⋯長大了這些都成了印在身體上的記憶,就是很想吃😋🤣
