What I Eat In A Day on Weight Watchers

- I thought I would give you an idea of what I eat in a day to maybe give you some inspiration if you need it. 😁
Breakfast was a pear before the gym (3 points), then a breakfast burrito (6 points). The link ingredients for the breakfast burrito can be found here:

Lunch was tofu soup with chicken potstickers for 5 WW points. Link for ingredients for the tofu soup can be found here (blog post coming soon with printable recipe):

Dinner was a buffalo chicken burger. The burger is from my local grocery store - check to see if your grocery store sells chicken burgers - mine also sells a spinach and feta that is amazing too! The burger patty was 5 points, the bun was 4 points and the air fried fries were 4 points, for a 13 point dinner.
With my 4 points of coffee creamer, my day came in at 31 points.
Side note: my daily point value is 28 points for reference. I also swam for 45 minutes yesterday.

Honestly, not much on its own! Depends on what you do with it!
Is points the same as calories?
Hi! They are different. Weight Watchers assigns point values to all foods based on different factors. I would do one or the other, as it can be complicated to count calories and points at the same time.
Does it matter that the sodium in those ingredients are high?
I don't have any sodium issues, and I routinely drink about 80 ounces of water a day 😉
