A solo writing date sounds like so much fun! I might do that because I’m currently drafting brand new scenes. I’ve been deep in developmental edits and using index cards and sticky notes on a trifold, so I couldn’t exactly lug that to a coffee shop lol. But I might make a scene list and do it now! I absolutely love the name ‘the ripped bodice’ for a store, btw. Just such evocative imagery. And idk if I’ve said this before, but making circles to fill in seems so satisfying. I might have to make editing goals for myself so that the editing trenches done feel so daunting lol. Thanks for the video!
Love how motivating and aesthetic your videos are 🤍 Edit: your story sounds so intriguing! I love how the character arcs are sounding. I would definitely read it.
A tip for so you don't end up editing. Take a few notes on where you want to go next time you write when you finish your writing sessions so when you return you do not need to reread it. I am the same way if I reread it I end up editing it on default.
Thank you! I do the little notes for my upcoming sessions but for some reason feel unable to write if I don’t reread at least a few paragraphs so I know where I’m starting lol
this always inspires me to go write lol. I am currently at about 65k of my project as well, meaning I just hit the midpoint and diving into the second half... so much for a "50k novella length"
Your vlogs make me wanna try out my neighborhood's cafés soooo much 🥺 But I'm too shy to film in public. I don't even enjoy taking pictures in public 😭 It makes me embarassed. I wish I did it, though, I like registering what I do. It's always fun to look back.
I’ve only just started writing my book, just hit 5k words but watching videos like these really gives me motivation ❤
Yayy! So glad
Well done hitting 5k! I’m nearing 18k right now aHhh

Fantastic! I'll keep my eyes out for it
5:48 Massage for the win!
What software do you use to write on? I have a few ideas for books and I want to get them down.
You can use google docs. It’s free and many people use it
