    First of all you're an inspiration for weight loss the way you're pushing on through not feeling great and I LOVE your videos. This is in no way a criticism, an observation really and I myself do these things. I have noticed that your children rely on you a LOT for lifts, help with their businesses etc and I completely understand you want to help out and make life easier for them due to your love for them but I really think working full time, keeping a home going, trying to maintain your health and fitness is a whole lot. But to be up at dawn or very late past your own bed time to give someone else a lift on a regular basis is a big ask. I dont think you would ever dream of asking your children to get up most days and drop you to work. Thus adding to their day. Also giving up your day off to run your daughters stall. I think this is contributing to your tiredness because you already live a very full life. Also you sometimes say Eddie very kindly made dinner and in this video you said Eddie did some cleaning "for you". When will we as women stop being delighted when a man does something that we do constsntly. I myself am someone who goes above and beyond and leave myself under pressure to do things for my family and I'm very guilty of singing someone's praises if they do any slight thing. Is it a woman thing? An Irish thing? Why don't we let people get on with their own lives without feeling we should help them out. Acts of service must be our love language. Anywho I think you are super woman and I hope your week has improved x

      @@careybarrett5808 thanks lovely. I honestly do not know how I get into the things I do - I think it’s the not being able to say no for fear of offending people. I think it is both a woman and Irish thing although my cousins in Ireland are horrified that I do all the cooking etc. I agree with everything you have said and know it’s not a criticism. It’s hard when it’s ingrained into you to be a certain way - but I am going to try 🥰

    Love, love, love your videos, Julie!! Please, please do try and make some time just for you!! I absolutely get it. You're a mum, wife, fur baby mum, and look after everyone else. Aside from the exercise, which you're doing amazingly with, take some time out for some meditation/r&r. Stress is such a huge factor in out weight as women because of our cortisol, and hormone levels (believe me I know the pain) and the only thing that helps me is having 90 minutes a month for some reflexology and reiki. I leave there like I'm walking on the clouds, and it fills my bucket up for the next month. I have neglected that for the last three months with mum and mum in law both being bed bound/hospitalised. However now they are both on the mend, I'm going to be prioritising me and my mental health again. I had a full hysterectomy 7 years ago, and so am smack bang in the menopause. HRT, reflexology, and reiki have saved my sanity!! Sending love, hugs, and positivity ❤🤗✨️

      You are very right. I used to try to meditate but I just stopped and I don’t know why. Hope your mum and mum in law are ok. I would love to try reflexology so I will look in to that xx

      Thanks Em. I love it when I can donate, it’s disappointing when I get there and they won’t let me. Just watched your video in the storms and haven’t commented yet as I am multi tasking 😂 gets harder to do that as I get older xxx

    Hi Julie we all get those days but you have got yourself out of it, which is the main thing, you could have easily gone off track but didn’t! Well done on your running too ! You’ve got this 😘 I’ve still got to get to the gym just too much pain atm but have tried to do some walks which is definitely a start! I wish we had a Costco near us 😂

    Hope your feeling better now , we all have these days/weeks ! I’ve started intermittent fasting today 16:8 I finish eating at 7pm then start again at 11am ! I thought that was Luna snoring 💤 😂 xxx

      @@nickyinavlog I keep trying intermittent fasting and sometimes leave my breakfast late but I can never finish eating that early. I have only just finished my dinner now!! Hope it goes well - I will be watching to see how you get on xx

    Hi Julie, I think you really trying to pack far too much into every day. You make me feel exhausted merely watching you. Does everyone in your family take their fair share of the jobs? You have a very stressful job, lots of meals to plan and cook for sometimes 5 adults, food shopping for the family, walking your dog, dropping children off for work, trying to fit in some exercise every day with a tiny bit of time left fir crafting. Are you able to slow down at all?
    It is no wonder you say you are often exhausted. Don’t be a martyr. I can see your mental health is suffering.

      I must admit Eddie does help he does out washing on mows the lawn and hoovers too, but the boys don’t really. They used to do more than they do now. Ewan works really long hours and isn’t home a lot - he gets on with me better than he does Eddie as they just clash which is why I end up doing the drop off and pick up. He is booked in for his driving test but there are 6 month waits so it’s December!! I really want to get the mortgage paid off so I can go part time but I think it’s a few years away yet. Work will hopefully settle down again now - I don’t think I handle stress and life as well as I used to and I think you get used to trying to do everything and eventually your body tells you you can’t.       Gosh you really do have a lot on your plate it’s no wonder your mental health suffers from time to time. I hope you have someone close you can unload to ❤. You are quite right about stress and cortisol plus peri and menopause makes it very difficult to lose weight. Please remind yourself that you are doing brilliantly, you have made major positive changes to your lifestyle and regardless of anything else going on you have been consistently committed to maintaining it. I would imagine that any change in little Luna’s behaviour is worrying and stressful for you, I hope she’s settled down now and is ok. X
