The Honda 500 suffered from oil leaks needed constant adjustments and constant tune ups to perform properly and the other engines mentioned were entirely different.
DR650's are often used in outback Australia but I would have to say that this bike is the one I have most seen on the side of the road needing assistance.
I've heard the triumph tiger 800 is a peach and the best triumph triple. Crankshafts last over 150000 miles with regular oil and oil filter changes. Crash bars mounted in engine cases isn't good but you can get aftermarket ones that don't mount in the alloy.
I had a 2013 tiger 800, sold it with 110k miles. Still ran fine, never got more than a valve adjustment. A lady used to stop at the shop I worked at, she had a FZ1 with 298k miles the last time I saw her. A few stators, valve adjustments and clutches, but never had the head off or cases split.

The Busa engine is a solid unit also
You missed the GSF 1200 engine there bomb proof and the 600 - 650 do well also
