      I didn't ferment the batter... you can also ferment the batter...but grind beetroot,ginger and chillies after fermentation of dosa batter

      You can eat with peanut chutney or coconut chutney... or peanut chutney made with coconut

      No need... if you wanna go for fermentation you can grind the beetroot after fermentation of batter

    Why the extremely loud "background" music? Even with the volume slider near minimum, it still hurts the ears.
    You can always tape something soothing at a much lower level of sound

      Batter turns brownish if you ferment....better ferment the dosa batter first and then add beetroot juice before making dosas

      You cant feel the taste of beetroot much... it tastes very good...but make sure that the beetroot is not soo sweet...
