Well, the thousands of TECH2 that GM services techs bought has become outdated. I don’t remember what card is update to, but I wanted to buy my wife a 2015 Malibu. As a retired ASE Master, I have lots of dealer tech buddies. He told me that you can only get up to 2013 or 2014! Is it possible to update the card to the last available date for the TECH2? This has been a long run for the TECH2 as I bought mine thru the GM service program and I a Hewlett-Packard brand. This is one way to get rid of the thousands flooding the market from China! After GM built a plant for vehicles sales as certain models are popular in Japan. But other than the cord length and a vehicle interface module (VIM) and my CANdi module for CAN serial data plus low speed CAN. Still, I think having my TECH2 card updated would work as you just lye about the year and engine and 4 spd or 6 spd Auto was the difference. Not buying a turbo. What are your thoughts? thank you for visiting my page for my understanding and i try it a lot it will not work you can chose 2013 car go thru it can work but the function will not be the way you want, aftermarket scanner like autel can do a lot of function you only need tis when you want to do programming it will cost you like 45 dollars for the same car one vin for 2 years

Hello, I reprogrammed a Chevrolet Cruze Diesel 2014 ECU, a warning appears on the dashboard with the quality of the DEF fluid and GM recommend make a ECU reprogramming, I did it but the problem persists, what will happen if instead of selecting the REPROGRAMMING option I select the SETUP option?
yes setup has it own page like functions try and see what is there also go with repair manual recommendations also see what code you have and send it to me

I am form Oman. I am Just buy used GMC terrain 2015.2.4L engine. When i buy have issue is electric power steering. Meassge comes in screen need steering service.when i check eps motor grip open.but vehicle start.then i insert grip vehicle not start and same like shorts whire position. Now remove again grip.then i deicide my car eps steering box motor problem.now i buy eps used. And fix this but all cables is insert in eps.now car is start but steering fault is same.need service steering. I have scanner this code come C0565-5A.plase sir you have any sulation now whats problem. If possible please give sulation.
this used eps need to be program with your car vin this code is for vin mismatch please try to clone the it or program it with tlc techline connect first

Yes you can but you have to buy and activate GDS
