Radish sprouts are wonderful in salads. Broccoli sprouts are the most beneficial for their health benefits. I have just recently gotten into sprouts in salads and sandwiches. You should give it a try if you haven't already.
What soil do you use in raised bed gardening? Searching videos and becoming frustrated…..blah blah blah everything but what I need. NOT BUYING THE BOOK. Hiring a coach for gardening will consume more than the savings of years of growing my own food…. Do want the approproach of not using miracle gro, which is found readily and easily everywhere! 😫
Lettuce, spinach, mezuna, arugula, french breakfast radishes. ❤ multi harvest and all within 30 days. Love it.
Thank you!
Thank you! 1 seed, full lettuce plant, multiple harvest! That's good to know and I've always wondered.

Thank you! Can you show how to “prune” lettuce etc when they’re baby plants to help the growth? I forget what it’s called.
Pinch back? We have a video on different ways to harvest/prune: ruclips.net/video/RrwH7nRPNhU/видео.html
@@Gardenary yes! I think that’s what it’s called pinch back or thinning. The video was very helpful on us. Thank you.
* on this, not us
I’m going to try the lettuce. Not a fan of arugula. Thanks for sharing these tips.
No spinach! Oxalates!
