    I get so scared when I breath out then hold , I just don't like it but I'm getting used to it

    The book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels takes a great approach. I recommend it to all.

    Thank you so much. I do all sorts of guided meditations on RUclips a lot, but none of them were as effective to calm my ADHD/autism, panicky, restless mind as this one. Thank you so much. Only downside; I wish it was a little longer. But is that really a downside tho? Thank you again, and namaste.

    Thanks so much, it was easy to follow, didn't require any difficult visualisation and was extremely effective and practical! Also it was one thing you could do to really help in a short time, so very convenient.

    Concrit if its wanted:
    Audio is too low. Takes too long to get to the meditation portion. Also I don't like square breathing so would have liked to know it was that from the title.
    But for all that I don't like that method this was done well.
