I like this 16 foot but you have an egress in the living room with the door right there but not in the loft where it would be more important to have one.
How much would this cost if you just want it for business? No kitchen, no loft, but 2 added closets & just a bathroom with toilet & sink, but not shower.

Have you considered writing a script to follow while doing your videos? You're handsome, but you could use some work on your presentations. Theres a lot of "uhh" and "umm" in your videos. I like your products and I bet you could really boost your sales by providing better presentations.
Hello Sharon, this one tiny house has very little room for a couch in the Livingroom. Customer went with regular stairs with storage which left very little room for much add ons in the front room. If they were to chose a ladder or smaller stairs, it would have allowed for a couch. Clothes - there is a little closet under the stairs - above the fridge and next to it. I am the owner of this home and I was able to fit a futon between the wall and the shelves. When folded out it goes right to the stairs. I can sleep up in the loft or down on the futon. I have cubbies across the loft which allows room for clothes along with a little cubby dresser. I still have plenty of room in the house to add more storage believe it or not.
James, we build a tiny house travel trailer. We follow the same codes and regulations a conventional RV Manufacturer does. This being said a lot of our customers are in RV Parks or travel a lot. We have a few stationary but I am not sure where they are at in terms of land and codes

Practice your bullet points before you go live for recording your product. Saying UM or UHH every other word makes you look highly unprofessional and poorly educated. I'd be hard pressed to buy your product given your presentation.

Love everything except I'd swap the upper cabinet and frig, so that you don't have to bend down to get in it. otherwise great build!
