Best of Ships /// Mosonshow 2024 /// Scale Model Exhibition

Hi folks,
two weeks ago I was at the Moson Model Show 2024 at Mosonmagyaróvár / Hungary.
The selection and quality of the models was overwhelming and the best I have ever seen at an exhibition.
thanks to the competition, almost every model is a masterpiece... an unbelievable artistic diversity.
Figures Military vehicles and aircraft make up the main part of the exhibition.
Here is a selection of pictures of Submarines and Ships on display... more videos with Diorama and AFV will follow within the next few days.

Obviously the smallest section of builds, but certainly not lacking in quality.. :) I used to build a lot of ships and boats when I first started the hobby, I have a few in my stash including a Viking Longboat.. when I see builds like this I'm tempted to do a ship or a boat again, even though I'll never reach that kind of standard..

Hi Rob ... it was the smales but bigger than my pictures makes appear because the huge models where stuffed so tight and half of them where packed into glass boxes and it was just not pssible to do proper photos. I have a Russian Battleship from WW1, the Oriol in my stash ... and i´m eager to build it next winter 😉👍 a big hug my friend, cheers Markus

Die Monsonsshow war die Reise wert. Egal in welchem Bereich, einfach tolle Modelle auf höchstem Niveau. Das befeuert sicherlich das Mojo! ;-)
Hier ist alles ruhig geblieben; nur viel Regen. Hoffe es ist auch an Euch vorbeigeschrammt.
Leipheim wird sicher ne gute Sache. Bestimmt gut, auchmal die eigenen Werke zu präsentieren.

Hallo Joachim ... auf jeden Fall ... es ist zwar weit, auf der Höhe von Wien aber die viel zahl und Qualität der Modelle ist schon überwältigend👍Bin froh das die Unwetter an euch vorbeigeschrammt sind. Hier bisher keine besonderen Vorkommnisse ... nur das Gras wächst wie wahnsinnig 😉 ja ich freu mich auf Leipheim ... mal was anderes ... du hast ja schon mal mit den Camouflage Jungs ausgestellt und kennst das ja schon 😊 Liebe Grüße, Markus
