Can you do a video on making the assignments? Your process, your thought process when doing it.

Thanks for this! I just recently found out I will be orienting to charge. I'm nervous and excited at the same time. I've been a nurse a little over a year now. This was very helpful and I hope you continue to make videos like this! Thanks!

Hey, I really enjoyed watching your video. I can tell you are a very nice guy. I am always nice at work too, but stepping up to be a backup charge is making me nervous, and I am stressed with making an assignment and making my crew mad since we been working together happily now, lol. Def will need lots of orientation and learn the tricks from those awesome charges. Thanks again!

Hai Ajay, U are a good charge nurse. Where are u working? Let me know is there is any difference between a charge nurse and a head nurse. I’m working as a head nurse in Saudi Arabia and we don’t have a charge nurse here.

@AJ im completely new to this RUclips channel, and this is like the second video I've watched of yours. My plan (because I'm 17 years old and a senior in high-school) is to go to college right after I graduate and become a Registered Nurse, then go back to college and becoming some type of MD. Iv'e learned that there are many different types of Registered Nurses that have many different jobs, and some not so easy. Which type of RN should I become if I want to be a nurse and a student at the same time?

To be a nurse and student at the same time would probably require you to get an associate's degree in nursing then work as an RN while going for your bachelor's. You can even get your bachelor's then go for your masters

zilichild hahaha i forgot about this comment. To make it clear if u work in a skilled nursing facility as an LVN you’re considered a “charge nurse” and u supervised CNAs. If you’re an RN you’re considered a “supervisor” and you supervised everyone including LVNS. I was an LVN when i posted that comment lol
