Unfortunately in all fields you will find very problematic people get leadership type roles. Some people too, as soon as they get a big shiny title they let it get to their head. Especially if they are unevolved people

They do but not that much... I believe it's only 1 or 2 more dollars an hour.
My hospital gives a 5% differential increase for charges. They rotate charges. However, many young nurses say they don't like it lol
Some charge nurses like to gossip and bad mouth other employees behind their back!
I find the best charge nurses are those who can remain neutral.
